Availability comes from a real calendarOpening hours, staff rosters and room capacity live in a booking system (Cal.com, or Square / Fresha for salons and clinics). The site reads it live, so a slot disappears the moment someone takes it.

Confirmations and reminders send themselvesThe booking system emails the confirmation and a reminder the day before, and can text it too. Reschedule and cancel links in those messages work without anyone at Lorne lifting a finger.

Deposits or full payment, if you want themStripe or Square takes a deposit at booking, so no-shows cost the customer rather than the business.

The staff view is the business's ownEveryone at Lorne signs in to see the day, move bookings and block out time. Nothing to install.
